Presentation
We are seeking highly motivated people to compile a Screening & Profiling in vitro DMPK section at a major pharmaceutical company for assignments lasting 6-12 months starting as soon as possible.

Publiceringsdatum2011-01-17Dina arbetsuppgifterYour main responsibilities will be to provide chemical stability, solubility and lipophilicity properties of drug candidates by performing the tests and analysing with LC-MS. Most of the assays mentioned are fully automated.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
We expect you to have a B.Sc. in biomedicine, cell biology or analytical chemistry, or equivalent experience. You also have experience of LC-MS/MS and preclinical in vitro DMPK experience or physico-chemical characterisation of compounds. Furthermore, you are a skilled Microsoft Office user and have good English language skills, both written and spoken.
Additionally, we would like you to have experience in the following areas:
• automation techniques
• ADME
• virtual basic or other programming
• industrial drug discovery.
You are a team player with good communications skills who always delivers. You are also conscious of responsibilities and always perform your duties focusing on quality.
