hela Sverige The Benify global team is charged with growing the company's presence internationally and we're looking for a talented marketing intern who wants to be a part of our journey!
Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, you will be focusing on spreading our thought leadership, content, and brand digitally. That means you'll focus on building awareness of our messages via social media channels (our own and others') and also through paid advertising campaigns. We'll also look to you to support our public relations ambitions, starting with identifying influencers, bloggers, and even reporters in the HR space. We're on a mission of growth and need you to help us execute our marketing and communications strategy!
What you'll do:
• Join content planning discussions for production of ebooks and material according to our content calendar
• Write and optimize social media posts on Twitter and LinkedIn. Your aim would be to build and improve brand reputation and strength-and of course grow our followers.
• Identify spaces to "play in"; that is, where we should be active with our outreach and comments so as to gain much-needed attention.
• Support and expand the existing strategy to publicize the ebooks and emagazines we produce so that we can generate interest and leads.
• Join our weekly global team meetings with our international colleagues.
• Monitor communities and influencers in the HR space, interacting with them on behalf of Benify.
• Stay up to date on what our competitors are doing digitally- from how they are using their websites to the types of material they are publishing on their blogs.
• Support outreach activities to target companies and also general delegates of events we are scheduled to attend globally.
• Learn about: employee engagement; employee experience; the war on talent; human capital management; talent attraction and retention; financial wellness; digital HR transformation; global workplace and economic trends; disrupting HR- and more!
Who you are:
Talented, interested to learn new things, digitally curious, and with an international outlook.
You'll also need strong English skills both spoken and written and a flair for communication.
The position:
Full time or part time for the duration of your school internship period. You will be able to earn education credits though the position is unpaid. Please specify the duration as well as other relevant information regarding the internship period in your application. Extent: according to the agreement
Compensation: Unpaid internship, i.e. the internship is included in your university education (or equivalent)
