Are you highly accountable professional with good communication skills and interest towards FMCG products especially in the Shave Care section ? Would you want to work in a fast-moving international environment and develop key relationships with the retailers for one of the largest Fortune 500 companies in the world? If yes, then this opportunity might be your golden ticket! This is a six months consultancy position located at Stockholm with a good change for extension.
Description:
We are looking for a n In - Store Specialist for one of our largest FMCG clients in the world. In this role you would be responsible of client 's Shave Care products with a purpose to improve value sales for the client and the retail stores. You have a goal to deliver the "perfect store" environment for Shave Care products and provide training to in store Sales Managers and staff in your region. You will take the complete ownership of the designated stores within your territory and develop an excellent understanding of client 's business, objectives, marketplace and competitors.
Role:
Develop Senior Management contacts to ensure that stores are following corporate agreements
Create and implement solutions in order to improve on shelf availability
Gather learnings, case studies and success cases with a purpose to develop client 's Store Development Organization
Work with designated district of 40-60 stores and achieve perfect availability for the Shave Care Products for short and long term
Onboard and educate in Store staff and Store Managers about Shave Care products
Taking care of all specified accounts to achieve the required coverage for the whole designated area
Working closely with client 's Sales Department to share learnings, corporate agreements data and insights to be used between the negotiations of the corporate headquarters and retail stores
Develop working relationships with Shave Care teams, Managers, and retailers
Qualifications:
Fluency in both English and Swedish
Minimum two years of relevant work experience
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience from working in/with Retail Stores (preferably ICA)
Good IT - skills
Experience from Shave Care products is considered a merit
Experience from working in a large international company is considered a merit
Personality:
