Atlas Copco Secoroc is a division within Atlas Copco's Construction and Mining Technique business area. It develops, manufactures and markets rock drilling tools worldwide. Its products are used for rock excavation within the mining and construction business for both surface and underground applications. The division is headquartered in Fagersta, Sweden and has production in six continents.
Assignments:
We are searching for an integrated management system (IMS) coordinator on divisional level for quality, environment and health & safety. Your main task will be to implement and maintain an integrated management system for the division. You will work closely together with our local resources at our product companies and customer centres around the world. We want you to create additional value of actual improvements within quality, environment, health and safety in synergy with other operational aspects. Your efforts shall lead to increased efficiency by alignment and simplification of processes and routines focused on supporting the operation.
You will have the following main responsibilities:
• Ensure that the Secoroc division has appropriate and up to date policies and targets (Quality, environment and health & safety).
• Be the support function to the Secoroc companies in implementing an IMS that fulfils the requirements in ISO 9001 / 14001 or EMS and OHSAS 18001.
• Ensure the communication and understanding of the benefits of the IMS system and the underlying policies throughout the Secoroc Division.
You have several years of experience from the quality, environmental and health and safety field. The ideal candidate is a result-oriented professional with international experience from production and implementation of management systems, preferably ISO. Educational requirements are university degree, preferably in an engineering area with focus on production engineering or environmental degrees. A good communication skill is needed and fluency in English is a must. You need to be a dynamic person with strong development skills, pro-active with good interpersonal skills, able to build strong teams and to create results. Finally, you firmly believe that there is always a better way.
You will report to Vice President R&D and Engineering. The position is located at Secoroc head office in Fagersta, Sweden.
