Act as a project leader for one of our improvement projects in " Way of working" in RWS Sweden.
AS-IS - analyze of the working process from customer service to treatment.
Suggest changes in the away of working to create a safer and a more value adding process.
Train and inform the organization of the existing overall process and support the teams to understand the benefits of changing the way of working.
You will have daily interaction with several different persons within customer service, logistics and operation. You will work together with the steering team and support the managers to change the way of working.

In this role, you will be able to influence our way of working within operations and customer service. You will have the possibility to interact internally in RWS Sweden but also with our colleagues in Denmark and Finland.
The position is temporary during 6 months but since the company is constantly expanding, there are opportunities in the future for many exciting challenges and good opportunities for personal development.

Your qualifications
We are looking for you who have an engineering degree in industrial economics, logistics or product development. We would like to see applicants who are newly graduated or have some years of professional experience. As a person you are driven, committed and have a good ability to communicate and collaborate.
You speak and write in Swedish and English. You need to have a driving license.
