As our portfolio increases, we need to expand our eminent implementation team to continue to deliver a high-class onboarding for our clients. Therefore, we are now looking for an Implementation Specialist to join us!
In this role you will be responsible for the full implementation of our products for our clients. You will take on the role as project leader for the implementation process for new client onboardings and system integration - a both fun and challenging job. This means you will lead a cross functional team which include marketing and development.
You will be the link between us and our customers through the project, this include partnering with our clients HR, IT and Marketing departments. As an Implementation Specialist you will ensure that each customer has a world-class onboarding and experience of our product. We always strive to be even better than we were yesterday, therefore we always encourage new ideas and improvements within our processes and system solutions.
This is a great opportunity for a person who worked as technical project leader or Implementation Consultant for about 2 years. What you will gain from this role is knowledge in the HR-Tech industry, the opportunity to be in charge of cross functional complex projects and of course a lot a fun! To be successful in this role we believe you are familiar with terms such as XML, JSON, API, JavaScript or Iframe and are fluent in English and Swedish. If you have experience as a project leader within digital marketing or social media, it is meritorious.
We're looking for someone that has a passion for technology and structure. In addition to be an excellent listener to our customers, you have the ability to think one step ahead and see beyond the borders were nothing is impossible!
