Tasks and responsibilities:
In the role as Implementation Manager, you will drive the overall project plan across all geographies and ensure delivery of all functions such as IT, HR and Finances. You will also drive project forward to improve customer experience and efficiency in the operation. It will be important to successfully close implementations based on mutually defined criteria between Maersk and the client. You will during the projects lead the client through the on-boarding process and oversee the implementation as well as resolving issues that may emerge. You will ensure operations are optimized and products are delivered under the highest service quality possible.
• Drive the implementation project forward.
• Risk management and stakeholder management.
• Lead the client through on-boarding.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• Past experience in Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
• Good experience in Project Management.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal communication.
