About the role
Wrknest is now looking for a Implementation Manager to Instabox - a leading tech scaleup company that intend to improve the logistics industry. In only five years, they have grown into a business with 2000 "Instaboxers" united by one purpose - to provide the smoothest shipping experience! Their fast way of moving does not only show in regards to the parcel delivery but also in their growth as a business. They keep expanding in the Nordics and are partnering with the most recognizable E-commerce companies to fulfill their delivery needs. We are now looking for a Implementation Manager to come on board and help merchants to implement Instabox technology.
What you will be doing
In this role, you will be the bridge between sales, product and tech. Your main focus will be to manage projects with the technical setup of exciting e-commerce websites within the Nordic region. You will perform high quality and have great experience in implementing Instabox solutions and together with the implementation team, you will work with improving and making the integrations better and more efficient. You will be a part of the entire customer journey, from pre-sales to going live and beyond. Working with many stakeholders both externally and internally will therefore be a routine. You will work with both implementing pre-existing systems and completely new integrations together with merchants and partners all around the globe.
We hope that you have
• Experience in a similar role
• Project Management skills
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Interest and a technical understanding
As a person, we are looking for someone who loves details and who can work with multiple projects at the same time. As you will be the bridge between sales and tech it's important that you, except a technical understanding, also have a commercial understanding that you can communicate and build relations with the help of your social skills.

Location: Medborgarplatsen, Stockholm (Flexible Remote)
Employment: Full time, 100%
