Connectivity is a prerequisite to enable the growth that is planned for the coming years, so we are in an exciting and dynamic
period. Connected Services and Solutions within Sales and Marketing at Scania is responsible to implement and sell services
and packaged solutions as well as to leverage the benefits of connectivity within all parts of Scania. You will join the group
Sales and Implementation, commercially responsible for Fleet Management, Driver Services and Ecolution by Scania.
Assignment
In the role as Implementation Manager for Fleet and Driver Services you are responsible for implementation of services within
our portfolio, currently Fleet Management, Driver Services and Ecolution by Scania. Your focus will be on implementing Driver
Services on European markets according to a central franchise concept. Together with your market you plan activities needed
for a successful implementation at our Distributor and Dealers. It is crucial that you work together with the markets to ensure
they are ready to take on the service, start selling and delivering it. Since most of the markets have a Driver Services offering
today you will need an open and persuasive communication to adjust current offering to the Scania franchise concept for these
services and a belief that central solutions can be implemented on different markets. We have a journey a head of us to
implement these services so you will need an entrepreneurial mind-set, result orientation, a commercial and customer oriented
focus.
You will work together with our market companies, dealers as well as other department at Scania's Head Office in Södertälje.
Your profile
You have a drive to achieve good results and high customer value. As a background you have showed excellent results as a
Project Manager and you enjoy planning and follow up on progress. You act on necessary deviations and are aware that soft
skills are also a part of your job. You are a good communicator and enjoy working with other people towards achieving our
targets. Negotiating is something you enjoy. Commercial background, within sales or experience from rolling out franchise
standards, are considered a merit. To work with Fleet and Driver services in particular and connected services in general is
something you are passionate about.
As a background you have an academic degree and are fluent in written and spoken English. Other languages are considered
a merit.
The position also involves some travel.
