Implementation Manager - Parts and Service/ärende.nr 20154483

Parts and Service is a business area within Sales and Marketing responsible to develop the Parts and Service business for Scania. Our challenge is to grow the business substantially the coming years and implementing new service products and concepts in the markets in a successful way will play a key role in this development.

The Market Implementations team at Parts and Service, need to strengthen the organisation by recruiting a new Implementation Manager.

Work description
You will work in close cooperation with the parts and service Product Mangers as well as with the Area Managers. You will have frequent contacts with the Services Operations departments and the various sales departments within Sales and marketing. You will be based at the head office but should be prepared for extensive travel.

As an Implementation Manager you are responsible, together with the business units and distributors, for implementing agreed new product and services- concepts, in accordance with the Business and Marketplan.

Some of your responsibilities will be to implement agreed products and service concepts within the parts and service business area. You will develop and update the implementation plans with the business units/distributors and the product managers. You will give feedback to and cooperate with the product managers in analysis and improvements of the products and service concepts during the implementation phase. You are participating in the development process and in the pilot phase when the final implementation setup is decided. You secure a smooth transition back to the line organisation.

Your profile
We are looking for a person with a university degree or equivalent experience. You will in your position frequently be in contact with, and work together with the top management, e.g. the Managing Directors, Sales and After Sales managers at the Distributors or Business Units.

You have the ability to act self sufficiently and effectively in cooperation with the markets.

You have a clear commercial focus and you are able to base your decisions on an in-depth understanding of the overall corporate strategy. Your communication and presentations skills are strong and you are able to manage your own workload in a high performing environment, where priorities may change rapidly.

You are proactive, motivated and driven by solving problems in a customer oriented way and in cooperation with your colleagues

You speak and write English fluently at a professional business level. Additional language skills as well as experience from working with after sales business, services development or service sales, at dealer level, are favourable.
