About the job
This position provides a wide variety of challenges requiring use of tools, software and technology to solve problems. You will work closely together with our customers, project managers and account managers to identify and understand the needs of our customers and prospects.This position is in our Stockholm office and most of the work is performed from the office as you will remotely serve customers all over the world. You will be reporting to Manager, Implementation Engineering International.
Tasks
• Deploy and configure Calabrio's WFO Suite of products; including QM, WFM and Analytics
• Support Calabrio partners as they deploy our (WFO) Suite.
• Consult and validate hardware architecture designs
• Troubleshoot and solve IP Telephony (Cisco, Avaya, etc.) and other technical issues
• Document field-discovered software defects for software development teams
• Project meetings
• From time to customers for onsite work (15%)
About you
• You have good knowledge in Microsoft SQL Best practices
• You have network Administration experience
• You have Linux/Docker skills
• CCNA/CCNP and VMWare and/or Citrix knowledge is a plus
• Experience with telecommunications technology is advantageous
• You communicate well in English
• You enjoy working close to customers
• You are a fast learner and curious to learn new things
