hela Sverige Visa alla jobb hos Entercard Sverige AB i Stockholm The Credit Risk function is responsible for setting policies that determine to whom EnterCard is prepared to lend, and the maximum amounts that can be lent to individual customers. We use statistical modelling and other analytical tools to predict the probability that individual credit applicants will be unable to repay the money lent to them. Our objectives are both to ensure that EnterCard does not take a level of credit risk that endangers its financial performance and to ensure that EnterCard fulfils its ethical responsibility to act as a responsible lender.
Tasks
Execute BAU activities related to Impairment Calculations and Collections and Recoveries performance accurately and timely.
Perform analysis to create Impairment forecasts at a segmented level, in line with business requirements (typically 5-6 forecasts per year).
Build and maintain an advanced level of knowledge of Collections, Recoveries and Impairment processes.
Manage expectations, engage and communicate clearly to stakeholders regarding inputs, timelines and expected challenges.
Build, monitor and maintain Collections and Recoveries strategies.
Build, monitor and maintain PD (probability of default) and LGD (loss given default) models, in line with relevant accounting practices/regulations.
Carry out analyses to support Credit Risk inputs to stress-testing exercises and Business Cases.
Perform analysis using industry-leading methods and applying a ?test-and-learn? approach. Liaise with Credit risk colleagues both within Entercard and at our parents (Barclaycard and Swedbank) to share best-practice.
Contribute to the wider Entercard Credit Risk team and organization through proactively sharing best-practice and supporting colleagues in periods of stress.
Profile
A university degree in a numerate subject is preferred
Experience of SAS or similar programming experience is essential.
Experience of analytics in a Consumer Finance or similar environment is preferred.
Attention to detail but also the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously and work under time pressure.
Desire to learn and have an analytical mindset.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
