As an Immigrations Services Consultant, you will be handling a variety of international clients. The main task is to handle immigration applications to Sweden in line with our customer service and quality KPIs, as well as agreed processes and guidelines. You will be advising, supporting and consulting clients on immigration related queries. Included in this role is also administration and management of our online tracking system.

We value the following experiences and skills:
• Experience from operational service delivery / consultancy work.
• Experience from immigration services case handling and administration is highly advantageous, into Sweden and/or globally.
• Background in customer centric, multicultural and diversified organizations.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, spoken and written. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
• Good IT skills and abilities especially Microsoft Office skills
• In addition it is advantageous if you possess a university degree, driver's license and personal experience from working and living abroad.
It is important that you hold a commercial interest and understanding of a consultancy business environment. You enjoy working in an entrepreneurial environment, and you work well under pressure. You are structured, flexible, and results oriented. And last, but not least, you hold strong social skills.
