In sBU Ethylene Amines we produce and market ethanol- and ethylene amines - used in the manufacture of products such as cleaners, polymers, paints, paper chemicals, chelates and pharmaceuticals. In Stenungsund we have one of the world's largest and most modern production sites of its kind, which makes us a reliable supplier to our customers. To cater for our Asian customers' increasing demand for ethylene amines, we recently opened production facilities in Ningbo, China. www.akzonobel.com/eaFor a newly established position within Planning and Control Department, sBU Ethylene Amines (EA) we are now hiring an Information Management (IM) Business Process Manager who will be responsible for management of sBU EA IM Plan as well as management of SAP related implementation and improvement projects within sBU EA. IM Business Process Manager will report directly to Director Control sBU Ehylene Amines.
In your role as IM Business Process Manager you will assure that business processes are adequately supported by IT systems as well as you will act as the link between the sBU Ethylene Amines and the BU Functional Chemicals (FC) IM department. Your main accountabilities will include:
• Manage the discussion between sBU EA stakeholders and the BU FC Information Management
• Coordinate and support of the business processes and procedures during the implementation of changes regarding the various SAP modules
• Ensures that process narratives of all existing and active business processes are up-to-date
• Facilitate change management to embed new SAP solutions
• Organize and facilitate blueprint approvals and acceptance tests for major system change
• Manage and limit the SAP Segregation of Duties conflicts based on the matrix reported by the In Control department of BU FC.
• Ensure continuity of skills and the appropriate number of key users in all sBU EA regions
• Coordinate and manage IT systems within the sBU EA and master data improvement in SAP
To be successful in this position you have a university degree, preferably in IT/IM or business administration, excellent knowledge of SAP R3 and at least five years of experience in operating in international business environment. You have excellent communication, planning and organization skills. In addition to that, you are fluent in English.
We believe that you have a keen interest in company s business process improvement and have willingness to travel abroad, i.e.the Netherlands and China when needed for business purposes.
