Your workplace
Support and Services, a business area of Saab, supplies a wide range of services and integrated support solutions to customers in defence and on commercial markets for cost-efficient support of systems and platforms throughout their life cycle.
The department ILS & Logistic Solutions consists of four sections. One of the sections is ILS/Enviro management. The main operation is ILS (Integrated Logistic Support), System Safety and Environmental services. We participate in both international and national projects, large and small, with end customers such as Swedish Defense, Swedish Defense procurement, United Nations, other foreign defenses etc. In many businesses we cooperate with other departments and business areas within Saab.
The ILS/Enviro management consists of 20 employees located in, Arboga, Linköping and Järfälla.
Your role
The ILS engineer we are looking for will participate in our projects within Vehicle Systems and Medical Care Systems, as a member of our ILS teams during development and support. The other part of the role is to participate in development of ILS and Support solutions during business development phases.
Your qualifications
Your qualifications are:
• Operational experience of maintenance and support for vehicles, or medical care systems
• Knowledge and experience of maintenance in international missions
• Documented experience and training of various ILS activities
• Ambition to develop and maintain long-term business relations
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English, both verbally and written
• Have good interpersonal skills
We are looking for a team player and your personal characteristics are of very high value. Qualifications of value are also operational experiences from vehicle or medical care systems, experience of business development within the area, design of ILS and support solutions. Business travel is a part of the work.
