Right now, we are looking for driven and talented people who will join us for a 6-month trainee program with the purpose of becoming our future stars in IKEA. You'll have a dedicated mentor that will guide you through the assignment and the organisation, and one of our main goals is that you'll learn a lot, but also that you will come with valuable insights that we can use to make IKEA better! The assignment is located in southern part of Sweden or in Delft, Netherlands.
We are establishing a common modern Service Management and Operations capabilities, to be implemented across Inter IKEA to support the delivery of digital services, enabling a great co-worker experience. Within Service Management & Operations, we have three different exciting trainee assignments
Business analyst:
• Support management-team in various investigations and tasks related to Service Management-assignment and development plans.
Process development support:
• Creation of reports and analysing these reports in collaboration with the IT Practice Leader
• Determine if a process is used in the correct way, if not, work with the IT Practice Leader on the improvements
• Communicate findings/ improvements with the responsible stakeholder, to make sure the process use will be improved
• Help with is the creation of training. With the input of content of the IT Practice Leader/ Platform, etc., a trainee can help creating (online) training for our processes
Process manager:
• Contributing to establishment and implementations of processes
• Managing the day-to-day activities of the process; ensuring operating procedures are documented to support the activities
• Support in stakeholder management
