Right now, we are looking for driven and talented people who will join us for a 6-month trainee program with the purpose of becoming our future stars in Data Privacy, Information Security and Cybersecurity in IKEA. You'll have a dedicated mentor that will guide you through the assignment and the organisation, and one of our main goals is that you'll learn a lot, but also that you will come with valuable insights that we can use to make IKEA better! The assignment is located in southern part of Sweden or in Delft, Netherlands.
We have four different exciting trainee assignments within Data Privacy and Cybersecurity:
• Cybersecurity: Implementation of CS tools and processes. You'll get the possibility to develop in incident response, threat hunting and forensics analysis. Contributing to building and automating our response process.
• Identity and Access Management: Support with working methods, operational processes, define roles with business, design proper segregation of duties, permission management.
• Support digital products: Work together with digital product teams related to data security and privacy by design. Being a bridge between digital product/solution team and ISDP team. Capture needs for capabilities and requirement.
• Frameworks and ways of working: Build working methods plus support organization with implementation (e.g., data privacy assessments, IT risk and cybersecurity assessments and information security assessments and/or security controls + wows). You'll help define methods together with digital product/solution owner and offer implementation support.
