Background
Quality Gate is a new function aiming to create control of deployments in production with a goal to minimize negative business impact caused by changes in production environment.
Improvement specialist
As Improvement Specialist you will be responsible for securing the quality of the deployment into production, follow up on process maturity, be a part of Quality Gate Decision Meeting, communicate requirements and assist change initiators within the deployment area. You will also be part of developing the Quality Gate function in Production further.
Is this your next step?
To be successful in your role we believe that you have:
• ITIL/process knowledge.
• Experience of working with large IT landscape and global organizations.
• Knowledge in Remedy (iDesk) or similar tool is a merit.
• Wide holistic technical background.
• Experience in documentation and statistics.
We believe that you have a strong ability to communicate with people at all levels creating trustful relationships and being service oriented comes natural. You have the ability to coordinate and lead activities and show great leadership capabilities with a drive to make things happen. Structure and planning is your normal way of working where you have the capability to identify opportunities to improve the daily work. Fluent in English both oral and written is a requirement.
