IKEA IT is looking for an IT Solution Analyst within the MHS area
To widen our knowledge and abilities to deliver outstanding MHS solutions for IKEA, we are now looking for an IT Solution Analyst with broad experience from working with requirements analysis, design and architecture of large scale business critical IT solutions.
Assignment IT Solution Analyst
Your overall responsibility will be to take leadership in translating business requirements to sustainable and deliverable IT Solutions. You will be a key player in the MHS team, with objective to create future IT portfolio for IKEA sales and logistic co-workers!
You make sure that the IT solutions follow agreed architecture and design, optimize the IKEA IT landscape and secure it is in line with IKEA long term plans and goals. You challenge expectations and show risks and possibilities and work proactively to create cost efficient solutions. You divide your time between projects and running services and you work in close cooperation with architects, vendors and service owners. You play an important role in the Lifecycle planning of the services in order to secure a long term and sustainable IKEA IT landscape.

To be successful in this role we think you have experience from
• Requirement Management
• SW architecture
• Working with external vendors
• Leading people from a design and implementation perspective: from requirements to production via solution design, development, testing and implementation.
• Working in an IT delivery organization with large scale business critical solutions and/or integration solutions.
• Sales or supplying solutions
You are challenged by taking technical lead and build trust through a goal oriented mindset. You have strong technical and analytical skills as well as leadership and communicating skills. Relationship management is key and you have strong ability to enable good teamwork. You show enthusiasm, drive and determination and challenge established ways of working.
