IKEA IT is looking for a Service Owner within the area Integration
The service area IT Basics within Supporting delivers integration services internal that support the IKEA IT Landscape worldwide. We are currently looking for someone to take this service to the next level.
Assignment Service Owner
Your task as a Service Owner will be to take the lead in securing successful deliveries of new functionality and running operations for the Integration Services within the IT Basics area.
As a Service owner your responsibility is to steer and follow-up on line activity- and delivery plans for the Integration area within the IT Basics area. You will divide your time between release projects and running services and you prioritize demands from the business and evaluate deliveries from 3rd parts suppliers. It is essential that you drive for establish and maintain good stakeholder and supplier relations.
You will also be responsible for establishing an operational level agreement (OLA) for your service area and deliver according to the OLA. You will maintain and deliver budgeting, forecasting and follow up for the service.
Is this the right challenge for you?
To be a successful Service Owner we would like you to have:
• Experience of working with webMethods or similar integration solutions.
• Experience from an IT delivery organisation.
• Experience from steering others through KPI's (for ex via OLAs and SLAs)
• Experience from negotiating contracts and follow up on KPI's towards 3rd party supplier.
As a person you are solution-oriented, simple and humble with the ability to enable good teamwork. You show enthusiasm, drive and determination and challenge established ways of thinking and working. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and learn quickly. You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
