The Process Area Supporting within IKEA IT Delivery is the unit within IKEA IT with responsibility to manage services for the Staff & Support Units within IKEA.

IKEA is recruiting a Service Owner within the Digital workplace area.
The service area Digital workplace within Supporting delivers world class End-User computing services & Collaboration services to IKEA worldwide.
One part of this area is the IKEA Intranet service that is used by 125 000 users today. We are currently looking for someone to take this service to the next level.
Assignment Service Owner
Your task as a Service Owner will be to take the lead in securing successful deliveries of new functionality and running operations for the Service IKEA Inside (IKEA Intranet)
Your overall responsibility is to plan, steer, review and follow-up on activity- and delivery plans for the IKEA intranet/extranet area. You will divide your time between release projects and running services and you prioritize demands from the business and evaluate deliveries from 3rd parts suppliers.
You will be responsible for establishing an operational level agreement (OLA) for your service area and deliver according to the OLA. You take care of budgeting, forecasting and follow up for the service.
Is this the right challenge for you?
To be a successful Service Owner we would like you to have:
• Experience of working with SharePoint Server.
• Experience from an IT delivery organisation.
• Experience from steering others through KPI's (for ex via OLAs and SLAs)
• Experience from negotiating contracts and follow up on KPI's towards 3rd party supplier.
As a person you are simple and humble with the ability to enable good teamwork. You show enthusiasm, drive and determination and challenge established ways of thinking and working. You are also analytical and have the ability to work independently and learn quickly. You have good communication and interpersonal skills.
