The IFS Young Professionals Program provides you with an opportunity to learn about IFS and the real everyday life as a Consultant, a Presale Consultant or an Account Manager. You will receive exclusive knowledge of our product IFS Applications, as well as insight into ERP, EAM, FSM, CRM, IoT and cloud, and get to build a valuable network for your future career. Upon completion of the IFS Young Professionals Program you will be offered a position in Consulting or Sales in our Scandinavian organization.
The IFS Young Professionals Program gives you a unique opportunity to gain a thorough understanding of the work life of a Consultant, a Presale Consultant or an Account Manager. Our mission is to offer you the right prerequisites to become one of our future talents.
The program will consist of five different blocks, some of which are run together with other IFS Young Professionals Programs globally:
Block 1: Local introduction - get to know your office, your new team and buddy.
Block 2: General IFS Introduction - knowledge about IFS, your role at IFS (e.g. Consultant or Account Manager) and our customers.
Block 3: Introduction to the IFS Software Portfolio including ERP, EAM, FSM, CRS, IOT from an industry and process perspective.
Block 4:Exclusive Product training in Colombo, Sri Lanka.
Block 5: Additional training related to your role.

Who we are looking for
We are looking for university graduates who have the potential of becoming our future brilliant Consultants, Presale Consultants or Account Managers. In general, the applicants should have a Bachelor's or a Master's degree, preferably in the fields of either Engineering, Economics and/or Business Administration.
As a person you are daring, enterprising and co-operative. You thrive in working with technology, and have an understanding of and interest in business software, ERP, EOI, IoT, cloud solutions or other. Selling is fundamental to you, you enjoy challenges and you can see and understand overall solutions. You can create long- term relationships and have great team working skills. You master one of the Scandinavian languages as well as English, both written and orally.
We are looking for Young Professionals to our Scandinavian offices in Asker, Copenhagen, Gothenburg, Linköping and Stockholm.
