hela Sverige We are looking for a team member to our Application Services team with core competence in IFS ERP and good understanding of business processes in field services industry.
Our Application Services team is part of Eltel Group IT services and supports Eltel employees in using IFS and integrated processes. We have altogether 6000+ users in seven countries, but your main contacts in the beginning would be in Sweden.
About the position:
Your daily tasks will include resolving issues and fulfilling service requests but also participating in development and improvement by demonstrating solution functionalities and proposing improvements in cooperation with our partners and other team members. You work according to our internal processes, service levels and guidelines and report to the IFS Service Delivery Manager and Team Manager in Sweden.
Responsibilities
- Supporting IFS users in their daily needs
- Solving incidents and service requests
- Demonstrating solution functionalities and capturing gaps
- Working with the IFS Solution Delivery team to create work arounds and solutions for gaps
- Co-operating with other specialists to solve issues and problems in integrations and/or applications closely integrated with IFS (end to end processes)

The location will be in Sweden.
Requirements:
- Master degree in technical discipline or equivalent experience (as an advantage)
- Min. 3 year experience with IFS ERP System as a super user, consultant or administrator giving you a good understanding of how IFS is used in Finance,
HR, Procurement, MM, Project Business and Work Order Management
- Very good knowledge about IFS database objects and structure in combination with strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience or very good understanding from the services industry (resource planning and field operations)
- Knowledge of ITIL processes and project methodologies
- Experience in working with ITSM tools, case management tools or project management
- Good verbal and written English language skills are a must as well as Swedish language
- Pragmatic and logical problem solving skills
- Good communication and presentation skills, willingness to interact with people
- Service mindset and can-do attitude
- Willingness to travel when needed
