About the Role
You will help shape the next generation of factory-critical IT solutions in a production-focused environment. In this role, you work close to the business and support a cloud transformation where existing systems are being moved into a modern cloud-based landscape while daily operations must continue without disruption.
You become part of a cross-functional team with strong business proximity, where you translate operational needs into concrete solution requirements and hands-on configuration. The role combines analysis, testing, support, and migration work, giving you real influence over how the technical platform develops. It is an exciting opportunity if you enjoy working near the business, solving practical challenges, and contributing to a major cloud journey.
Job DescriptionYou will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business and operational needs in factory operations.
You will translate business needs into system requirements and hands-on solution configuration.
You will act as a system expert and build a strong understanding of how the solutions are used in daily production.
You will perform IT testing and support quality assurance activities.
You will support rollout, upgrade, and migration activities connected to the cloud transformation.
You will provide IT-focused support and guidance to factories during daily operations and change initiatives.
You will work together with a Digital Product Area Owner, Business Analyst, and other stakeholders to secure a smooth transition to the future platform.
RequirementsUniversity degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a similar field.
Experience of working in agile development environments.
Excellent spoken and written English.
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
A structured and analytical way of working, with the ability to take end-to-end ownership of your responsibilities.
Ability to complete a background check before start.
Nice to haveExperience from the automotive or manufacturing industry.
Experience with IT testing activities.
Knowledge of Oracle and SQL.
