We follow the Swedish curriculum although the teaching language is mainly in English. We provide our students with a chance to command the English language, a safe and orderly environment, in which teachers can teach and students learn. http://engelska.se/en/ethosThe IESB has a full time position open for a Student Care Coordinator (SCC) whose role will be to coordinate all student care efforts.
That includes:
• Working closely with the Management Team to ensure the safety, progress and stability of the students at IESB.
• To ensure no student is left behind socially.
• To administer student data pertaining to social circumstances of each student.
• To participate in Student Care Conferences.
• To coordinate the Anti-Bullying Team.
Criteria for the position:
• Preferable a native English speaker with a competent level of Swedish.
A background in child psychology or within student care is an advantage.
