The department for Business Applications within Sandvik Coromant IT develops and runs applications for Sandvik Coromant and Sandvik Machining Solutions.
To strengthen Sandvik Coromant IT, we are now looking for an Identity and Security Architect to join us in our innovative area with leading technology development of solutions, applications and new business models. This position in Sandviken has great potential for development, and you have the possibility to partly shape the role yourself.
This position is located in Sandviken.
Key performance areas
In this position, you work in close collaboration with the business, enterprise architects, system owners and development teams within IT in order to design the best and secure IT solutions. You ensure that the application landscape is aligned with IT Security Policy as well as the business objectives and development plans. You are responsible for developing and maintaining short- and long-term target architecture and transition plans, and you keep a continuous dialogue with management to understand business strategy, objectives and needs. To provide identity and security guidance to stakeholders and projects are also important parts of your job.
As Identity and Security Architect, your job further involves:
• Identity and Access Management with a holistic view for customer facing applications, including GDPR for Sandvik Coromant
• Overseeing and managing our IT Security Policy from an application point of view, ensuring routines are in place and, based on risk analysis, you create a landscape that is secure
• Being system owner of our identity solution for external users
• Supporting and cooperating with our Digital Machining initiative when developing concepts, products and software to connect us and customers closer to the machines
• Actively participating in reviews of new initiatives with security focus
• Actively contributing in architect forums, sharing knowledge and information
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent, and at least five years of working experience within the identity and security field. As we operate in an international setting, you need to have excellent skills in English, both verbally and in writing, and additional skills in Swedish are advantageous.
