We are accountable for management and transformation of End-to-End business process in the vertical flow dimension covering Develop, Sell, Deliver and in the Horizontal dimension Enterprise Foundation dimension (Finance & HR), Deployment, Test & Operations, Portfolio Development and Business Operations. The application landscape spans across PLM, CRM, SRM, ERP, SCM, MES, HRMS etc to deliver Digital Ericsson. To lead the digital transformation, building a high performing global team, acting as a close partner to the Business Areas / Market Areas and Group Functions and win every moment with our customers we are looking for; Job Summary: We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Strategic Product Manager. In this role; you will direct be assigned Products and/or Portfolio(s), Solutions, systems, services and 3rd party products during the different phases of the Products/Services Life Cycle, meeting Ericsson internal needs and securing business value. Responsibilities: You will define and manage portfolio strategy, roadmap and optimize portfolio Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)You will support the development of domain target architecturePrepare portfolio/product decisions and safeguard portfolio execution plansManage IT Implementation projects, delivery, governance and communication with stakeholdersYou will lead and drive core teamYou will also, drive portfolio competence and business readiness Key Qualifications: Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent. MBA or MESA certificate will be considered as a plusMinimum years of experience: Around 8-10 years of experience within areas of IT Product Management in ManufacturingDomain experience: proven experience in the Manufacturing Domain, Manufacturing Execution Systems, functional and non-functional knowledge of manufacturing processes & requirements, including integration aspects. Smart Manufacturing competence will be considered as an added advantage. Working knowledge in Cloud Technologies / DevOps / SAFe/Agile frameworkExcellent communication skills driving workshops and leading a multicultural team Additional Requirements: Genuine interest in/Knowledge of Business managementKnowledge of assigned products and the business environment in which they exist (business models and players)IT processes, tools and infrastructureProven ability in effective communication with senior an executive managementFinancial acumen and skillsBusiness modelling skillsLearning and researching Why is Ericsson a great place to work?
