Job Summary

Overall responsible for the group IT Customer Relationship Management Portfolio. Define and execute strategic roadmap as well as being accountable for the Total Cost of Ownership for the full Portfolio. It means full responsibility throughout all phases of the product life cycle, meeting business needs and to ensure planning and execution of projects/tasks related to maximize business value and ROI.

Responsibilities & Tasks

Develop and execute application Strategic Roadmap
Drive prioritization of initiatives in dialogue with business stakeholders
Accountable for TCO of portfolio, including IT development and run-cost
Understand competitive market landscape amongst CRM vendors
Driver and participant in group IT governance fora

Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:

A first academic degree or equivalent qualification
5 years of experience five years experience from working with Sales business processes and/or five years of experience of working with Sales & Marketing IT systems, architecture and solutions.
Authority leadership within Portfolio and its context

Behavioral Competences:

Have the passion to win and a positive attitude
Very strong leadership with focus on end-user and stakeholder relationships
Proven ability to convert strategy to action
Excellent communication skills
Proven ability to balance constant conflicting priorities and manage stakeholder?s escalations
Strong negotiation skills and ability to negotiate with both internal and external organizations
Proven track record of IT/Business Transformation Projects
