About this opportunity
Business Area Networks: where 5G was born - is responsible for the company's industry leading radio products and solutions and is the foundation for Ericsson's technology leadership. Business Area Networks is focused on securing our ongoing market leadership in radio, taking a leadership position in 5G and in-building/small cell solutions, and continuing to invest for sustainable technology leadership within a highly driven market.
We are the Service Area Networks (SAN) Lab Operations, and we provide outstanding lab infrastructure, networks and hardware (HW) services to the R&D organizations across Ericsson. Lab Operations is a global organization providing services with global deliveries from Site Lab Operations in Stockholm, Linköping and other regional labs globally. Our Mission: Engineering environment for superior R&D productivity & Competitive Lab Operation.

We are now looking for a new driven SAN Global Change Coordinator to join the team in Stockholm!
The key responsibilities are to coordinate and lead global and local lab instruments calibration campaigns for R&D stakeholders including planning, organizing of stakeholder's meetings and communication.
To succeed in this role, you need to have strong experience managing projects preferably with R&D test operations experience or with similar background.

What you will do
Be responsible for coordination of calibration campaigns, including planning, deviation change management
Proper setting of calibration campaigns, including volume, frequency and arrange campaign in a cost & efficient balance way
Be responsible for Organizing stakeholder meetings and communication
Be responsible for Campaign reporting and retrospective improvement work
Lead and delegate tasks and activities within the calibration campaigns scope
Participate in Risk analysis and compliance work related to calibration campaigns and repair process of lab instruments
Coordinate the change management during calibration campaigns with different stakeholders (R&D org, Ericsson Sourcing, and Instrument calibration vendor)
Handle the change requests during calibration execution
Report the calibration campaign progress, including risks and issues
Communicate with stakeholders (R&D org, Ericsson Sourcing, and Instrument calibration vendor)
Create final report and retrospectives for completed campaigns


You will bring
Experience in working in a continuous improvement culture
Strong project management experience, including ability to lead global team remote during campaigns
Thorough project management knowledge and preferably experience in R&D operations and needs, or similar
A pro-active attitude, with experience of participating in managing change process, people, and operations
Organizational and interpersonal skills
Relationship management skills and ability to manage through a team under direct line management and those non-directly managed
