hela Sverige The Support department in MSF Sweden is looking for an ICT officer who can practically and professionally support the IT component of our work to ensure a well-functioning office.

The position
The ICT Officer is a member of the Support team who works reactively and proactively on a day to day basis to provide practical IT service and support advice as part of the IT support to MSF Sweden.
Main responsibilities
To provide (first line) service and support to the users of the MSF Sweden network on a daily basis
Providing general IT support, including streaming support, at MSF Sweden events
Providing IT support in the digitalisation of MSF Sweden
Providing training and support in the introduction of new IT systems
Working closely with the Front Desk in Office setup matters (preparing work space, keeping meeting rooms up to date with technical devices etc)
Strong commitment to MSF principles and a humanitarian interest
Minimum high school diploma (Gymnasiekompetens) or same knowledge acquired by other means
Ability to resolve hardware technical problems (PCs, printers etc)
Ability to report and solve technical issues (identify solutions)
Knowledge and experience of O365 applications
Good communication skills
Fluency in English, written and spoken
Valuable
Previous MSF experience or other NGO experience
Previous experience in IT support administration including specific and demonstrated experience in supporting effective technical management of an IT office network
Proven knowledge of maintaining an Active Directory and Group Policies
Experience from Video Conference system (preferably Cisco)
TCP/IP network knowledge, and understanding, for the proper maintenance and configurations of a CAT5/CAT6 and fibre LAN/WAN network
French language skills
