We are now looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Information Architect who will formulate Ericsson's Service Area Network Lab Ops configuration data management framework & governance. Manage and secure high-quality configuration information assets to improve operational efficiency, decision making and knowledge sharing.
You will overall own and drive the planning, operations, governance, and improvements of Configuration Data and Configuration Items. Your main objective is to bring structure and business intelligence into this area of Service Area Network Lab Ops.
Responsibilities:
You will drive development of configuration information related data framework, architecture, models, flows, and competence within our own units and with stakeholders including R&D.
You will be responsible for strategy execution and overall operations.
You will perform daily operations to analyze configuration data and process the impact related to information security and quality.
You will ensure adherence to common ways of working, configuration information frameworks and models.
You identify, develop and drive configuration information management efficiency gains
You will secure value realization of configuration information assets to support business development, security and to provide business intelligence
You will drive configuration information management excellence and governance
Key Qualifications:
A bachelors or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines.
Certified in ITIL
Evidence of academic training in information modelling, business intelligence or equivalent experience
At least 5 years of experience, within similar domain
Deep/broad knowledge of information models, configuration items and data management
A genuine interest in new and applied technology and software engineering coupled with a high degree of business understanding
Excellent Communication and Networking skills

Position can be in Stockholm or in Linköping, Sweden
