Do you have a background in an IT service portfolio or as a services provider? In this role you will be a part of a new team at DEK Technologies and responsible for providing the development environment for multiple development teams. The job includes areas such as network, storage and Continuous Integration. We are looking for engineers with work experience in Linux and/or Windows that have good knowledge of ITIL. As an ICT Engineer at DEK Technologies, you will be working in-house with passionate teams and engineers that have knowledge in both development and IT.

Key qualifications for the position
• Degree in computer science, software engineering, ICT or alternatively equal knowledge acquired through working experience
• Design, deploy and maintain a network running under Linux/Windows
• Skills to create and operate a network in any major Linux distribution and Windows systems
• Strong knowledge of virtualization, VMware
• Experience in tools and concept
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
Good to have
• Knowledge in scripting languages, Bash, Python
• Knowledge in Repository Management (Git/Gerrit)
• Knowledge in Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes and other container-based environments
• Knowledge in Automation with using tools e.g., Ansible and Terraform
• Experience working with monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix, CheckMK and/or Prometheus
