Your main responsibilities
The Role will be 80% website design/ development and 20% design for print.
The Web/ Graphic Designer should have the ability to create print-ready artwork.
Consistently deliver creative design solutions for on-line, digital, interactive environments and in-store P.O.S.
Maintaining and evolving the existing e-commerce website and the new UK site planned for 2011.
Ability to interpret business and marketing concepts and convert them into persuasive visual communication
Deliver design projects on schedule and of high quality.
Ensure brand consistency across all design work.
Report regularly on project progress to team members.
Your qualifications
If you have earlier experience in Web Design and also some experience in Graphic Design for print you can be successful in this position. You are proficient in Quark, Illustrator and Photoshop, and you have also experience with Fireworkds, Dreamwaver and Flash. For this role it is required advanced knowledge of HTML/ CSS / JavaScript. Do you also have SEO experience that will be preferred. In this position it is essential that you are fluent in both written and spoken English and Swedish.
For this role you shall have proven aptitude for generating creative, attractive design concepts using all elements of graphic design. Your capability to work within tight deadlines and changing priorities to thrive in a fast-paced work environment will come in handy and also your attention to detail. You are a good team player and you can take direction and criticism professionally.
Facts about the position
The position as Web Designer is located in our client's office in Dublin, close to the airport. You will start as soon as possible and it is a full time job. You will be employed by our client.
