hela Sverige I samband med att AstraZeneca implementerar ett nytt inköpssystem så behöver man stötta upp organisationen med utbildare i detta system. Nu tar man globalt in fyra konsulter för att stötta upp organisationen, varav en kommer utgå ifrån Mölndal och den andra från Södertälje. Det allra viktigaste är att man har erfarenhet av en liknande roll och att man kan SAP. Viktigt att veta är att introduktionen kommer att vara i England (Alderley Park), och pågå i ca en veckas tid. Uppdraget skall starta omgående och pågår till 31 dec 2015.

Global Finance Services (GFS) at AstraZeneca is a global shared service organization that delivers best in class global processes through a combined model of in-house delivery and Business Process Outsourcing (Genpact).
AstraZeneca have rolled out a new cloud based Ariba (SAP) application, iBuy. The iBuy system integrates sourcing, purchasing and paying using a common Ariba technology platform that interfaces with SAP. Scope of countries include:NAM,UK,Sweden,Japan,France,China,Germany,Italy,Spain,Brazil,Mexico, UKMC.
There are more than 14,000 users world-wide with 12,000 in the three key regions -NAM,Sweden& theUK.
The role holder will report into the Global Training Strategy & Delivery Lead who will be leading the Global Training Strategy to develop an on-going process/user improvement loop for iBuy to maintain high level of user ownership and to deeply embed into Business As Usual
Success in this role will be dependent on developing and maintaining excellent working relationships with our end Customers and always taking the customer perspective and needs into consideration.
Key Activities/Responsibilities:
• Support the Global training needs analysis to establish end user training needs
• Update user guides, FAQ's, hints and tips on the GFS training Share point site
• Utilise the latest best practices in training delivery and content and ensure the approach recognises cultural differences
• Deliver Regional training to end users based on the Global Strategy/Global alignment
• Deliver in region against the Global training plan which covers end user needs - drop in clinics, refresher/new starter training, e-learning web ex, video clips
• Re-develop the Region super user community of practice working closely with the Global Training Lead to align the network Globally
• Support Global training requirements which come through the Finance Direct Training mailbox ensuring the Regional training leads are timely following up on the training requests
• Delivery effective training to End users via F2F, webex, classroom based, coaching or per the requests by the users and through the ongoing training needs analysis
• Support the Global super user training plan and provide support to the super users on an ongoing basis through the Super User Governance meetings
Minimum Requirements -Education and Experience
Essential:
• Training delivery knowledge and background
• Ariba & SAP knowledge
• Evidence of working in a 'hands-on' role
• Strong communications skills
• Highly resilient to challenge and change
• Experience of working in a changing environment
• Fluent English, written and spoken (Swedenroles will require Swedish Language)
• Good knowledge of MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel
