The candidate should have:
3-5 years of IT experience with expertise in JAVA J2EE technologies and experienced in IBM Message Queu (MQ) Series and IBM Websphere Message Broker. Knowledge of setting up Message Brokers & MQ environment. Involved in Development and debugging of Message Flows. Understanding of dfferent message formats. The candidate should also be familiar with Rational Unified Process. Knowledge of Oracle will be ad added advantage. The candidate should be able to work independantly within the specified deadlines and coordinate and communicate well with different sub groups involved in the integration. Experience with on-site and off-shore global delivery models of working required.
