The department which you be will be joining interacts with several people across the world daily and also collaborates within the team regularly to ensure a common focus and agile execution. Within the Infrastructure team, we strive to work outside of any silos and with a common vision to constantly improve the landscape we are responsible for.
Your mission
As IAM Solutions Architect IT you will maintain a positive and supporting attitude within the service area and work closely with application owners and the IAM operations team to design, optimize or change technical solutions and services within the Epiroc IAM environment in line with the team's strategy, Epiroc IT strategy and security policies.
You will be tasked with documenting components and functionalities for each of the solutions and always have the full Epiroc IAM landscape in mind when designing solutions. Further, you will contribute towards the team's roadmap with best business practices and solutions available and take active part in team projects and activities pertaining to IAM architecture so to assist to limit the number of manual processes and routines in favour of automation and self-service.
In this role we expect you to always have security in mind, endeavor to optimize IT services efficiency and end-user experience while working in a cost conscious way, delivering world class services to the business that are geographically spread around the globe. You will be reporting to the Global IAM Manager of Epiroc IT.
Your profile
For this role we are looking for an individual with skill and passion for delivering IAM architecture solutions in a predominant Microsoft environment. The successful candidate must have a minimum of three years working experience within a similar role in the IT industry and proven architectural experience around IAM solutions. We expect you to have a university degree, or equivalent through experience.
You should have good knowledge in on-premises, hybrid and cloud based identity solutions as well as knowledge in the area of identity and access management solutions across platforms, vendors and technologies. It is beneficial if you have previous experience from designing IAM solutions in a multinational organization and have a general understanding of IT technical components and processes, as well as an understanding of business processes.
We expect you to be a well-organized person with a "keep it simple" attitude and the ability to operate independently in line within given frames and guidelines. You should like to work innovative, collaborate with others and in a service minded role. This position requires fluency in English, in both speaking and writing.
Location and travel
The suitable candidate will have to be located in one of our Hub locations closest to the EMEA region for time difference accommodation: Orebro (Sweden), Prague(Czech Republic), Boksburg (South Africa) or Bangalore (India). You must be able to travel international minimum 20 days/year.
