About the Assignment
You will take a central role in driving an identity and access management initiative from idea to optimization. In this assignment, IAM is not treated as a support function alone, but as a key area for secure collaboration, governance, and business value. You will help shape direction, align stakeholders, and turn strategy into tangible delivery together with technical teams.
You will work in a dynamic environment with multiple dependencies, where clear priorities, strong collaboration, and the ability to move from strategy to execution matter. Job DescriptionYou take end-to-end ownership of the project lifecycle, from ideation and planning to delivery and optimization.
You define the project mission and OKRs, translate them into a prioritized roadmap and backlog, and keep stakeholders aligned on direction and progress.
You lead a cross-functional technical team and create the conditions for strong collaboration, shared ownership, and business value delivery.
You identify opportunities to improve IAM strategy, policies, and processes.
You coach colleagues and stakeholders on IAM best practices and help raise maturity across the organization.
You identify and address IAM-related issues and support the teams in moving forward with the right priorities.
You build and manage relationships with key stakeholders across teams to enable effective collaboration.
You define MVPs, manage backlog priorities, and de-scope where needed to enable faster feedback cycles and steady progress.
You contribute to documentation of IAM processes and procedures and support reporting on IAM system activity.
RequirementsExperience leading teams in tech development with many dependencies.
Experience leading technical teams building custom development solutions.
Experience with project roadmap development and management.
Experience creating project mission and OKRs.
IAM knowledge and experience, including best practices within identity and access management.
Good understanding of directory services such as Active Directory, Azure AD, B2B/B2C, Microsoft Entra, and Microsoft Azure AD Identity Governance.
A structured and pragmatic approach to setting and communicating priorities in a dynamic environment.
A hands-on mindset with the willingness to solve problems needed to move the project forward.
Nice to haveExperience working with geographically distributed technical teams.
Some knowledge of IAM or PAM solutions such as SailPoint, One Identity, Saviynt, and CyberArk.
Experience with Jira.
