About the Assignment
You will take a hands-on technical role within Identity and Access Management in a complex enterprise environment. The focus is on engineering, implementation, platform configuration, and operational support across both cloud and on-prem environments. You will work close to architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders to turn business and security needs into practical IAM solutions.
This is a role for you who enjoy solving real identity challenges, improving secure access, and contributing to the evolution of IAM capabilities. What makes the assignment especially interesting is the broad technical scope across several core IAM areas and the opportunity to influence how modern identity services are built and improved.
Job DescriptionYou will work hands-on with identity lifecycle management and automation.
You will configure and maintain authentication and authorization models.
You will support and improve Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) workflows.
You will work with Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions and related controls.
You will manage and optimize directory services.
You will contribute to non-human identity management.
You will configure, optimize, and maintain IAM platforms in line with security standards and best practices.
You will implement IAM controls, integrations, policies, and automation across the organization.
You will collaborate with architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders to turn requirements into technical solutions.
You will contribute technical expertise in design discussions, capability improvements, and IAM roadmap initiatives.
You will troubleshoot identity-related issues, handle incidents, and help ensure stable, high-quality IAM services.
RequirementsStrong hands-on experience within the Identity and Access Management (IAM) domain.
Strong understanding of identity platforms and directory services.
Solid knowledge of modern authentication and authorization protocols.
Proven ability to diagnose and resolve IAM-related issues across hybrid environments with cloud and on-prem platforms.
Experience with implementation, platform configuration, troubleshooting, and operational support in IAM.
Ability to collaborate with architects, governance teams, and security stakeholders in technical delivery.
English communication skills at a fluent level.
