What's in it for you
Within the Volvo Cars Commercial Digital team, we work in customer-centric product teams to make Volvo Cars business fully digital. We build products and systems for Volvo Cars customers and partners, including volvocars.com, the Volvo On Call app, Care by Volvo, online sales, customer data, Volvo ID, retail and service tools, the Volvo Cars Developer Portal, and APIs for building new innovative services.
The team is located in Gothenburg, Stockholm, and Lund, Sweden, and we also have teams in the US and China. Many of the people you will be working with have experience from start-ups and global tech companies such as Spotify, Google, Ericsson, Microsoft, Tradera, Klarna, and King.
We are now looking for a talented and passionate IAM Developer for the Identity Platform team. You will be working with a group of skilled people, currently engaged in redesigning and developing our Customer Identity Platform to continue to be the successful cornerstone in managing our customers' identity.
What you'll do
You will work in the Identity platform team to innovate at a high pace and to support development teams to do great user experiences for our customers.
* Collaborate with other engineers to help define and support the testability, measurability, and shipping of new capabilities on the platform
* Build, verify, and do testing of platform capabilities
* Collaborate with other engineers to define, design, and ship new platform capabilities
* Identify and correct bottlenecks
* Become a valued member of a dedicated community of skilled engineers
You and your skills
We are looking for a talented and passionate IAM Developer with experience in IAM products, best-practices, and technology related to SSO, authentication, and authorization.
You should have:
* LDAP (e.g. Ping Directory, Open LDAP, Active Directory)
* Authentication (e.g. OAuth2.0, Open ID Connect, SAML)
* Product knowledge in Ping Identity, namely Ping Federate and Ping Directory
* High interest in product setup and infrastructure scenarios
* Programming skills beneficial
* Understanding with performance and memory tuning with tools
