Description
The client is now looking for a Business Expert (BE) / Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) product team, which is a part of the Information- and cybersecurity domain in the clients Business Tech organization.
The IAM product team is responsible for managing the identity, access, and directory and authentication services for over 160 thousand employees, in over 5000 locations, in over 70 countries, and growing. To support this complexity and volume the IAM function relies on a team of specialists working with our IAM, PAM and AD/AAD platforms.
The client is investing heavily in its digital capabilities and accelerating its digital journey, where IAM is seen as a strategic component and where investments are made in strengthening the capabilities as well as building a future architecture build on Zero Trust principles.
As a part of the IAM product team the IAM BE/SME's responsibility is to support the team and the product owner in setting and executing the product areas strategic direction, as well as in growing the clients maturity within the Identity and Access Management area.
The role requires strong understanding of IAM as a capability, its components, its requirements, and its relations to other aspects of both the business. To be successful in the role requires you to be independent and structured in your way of working. It also requires that you have a strong ability to collaborate across multiple business domains working with multiple stakeholders both in- and outside of the IAM product team and Business tech.
You have multiple years of experience working with IAM from a strategic and/or architectural perspective, and preferably in a large organization. You should also have a proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders within an organization, both technical and non-technical, and on all level of leadership.
Work tasks:
• Continually build business knowledge and understand the IAM services contribution to business outcomes
• Work closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand business requirements and translate to design solutions
• Support development of tactical and strategical direction of IAM function/Digital Access product including both organization, WoW/process, and technology aspects
• Advocate for evolvement of IAM best practices, principles, and concepts across the organisation.
• Act as SME/mentor supporting various IAM related implementation projects and initiatives within and outside the product
• Understand and interpret how relevant regulatory and legal requirements impacts the IAM function and business overall in IAM related questions
Mandatory competence and experience:
• At least 5 + years' as business expert/SME within the IAM domain, working with and/or having experience of - Developing and/or implementing company IAM strategies
• Mentoring and supporting organizations adapting IAM best practices and principles
• Experience and understanding of IAM governance approaches and processes
• Supporting the utilization and evolvement of IAM tools, technology, and architecture to meet the business needs
• Working within large scale organization IAM functions requiring management of both internal and external workforce
• Understanding how relevant legal/regulatory requirements affect IAM implementations and processes
• Being a strong leader with the ability to motivate and make things happen
• You have a passion for learning, continuous improvement, sharing and working in a team environment
• Familiarity with IT security and risk management practices
• Experience from large global complex system landscapes
• Experience of agile development methods (SAFe, SCRUM, Kanban)
• Knowledge of Project Management frameworks and methodologies (such as; PRINCE, PPS, RUP, PMI)
• Experience of managing outsourced deliveries
• Experience of working with requirements and contract negotiations with IT vendors and service suppliers in an on-shore/off-shore setup
• Knowledge of ITIL and ITSM
• Fluent in written/spoken English, preferably (but not required) fluent in written/spoken in Swedish.
• Understanding of enterprise-scale architecture
• Experience with Microsoft on premises/cloud and hybrid infrastructures, identity architecture designs
• Experience with IAM platforms eg MIM, ForgeRock, Sailpoint
• Understanding IAM concepts and patterns eg Identity and Access provisioning, Rule Based/Policy Based Access Control, Authentication/Authorization protocols, Federation protocols
