Your team
The department you will be joining interacts with several people across the world daily and collaborates within the team regularly to ensure a common focus and agile execution. Within the Infrastructure team, we strive to work outside of any "silos" and with a common vision to constantly improve the landscape we are responsible for.
Your mission
As the IAM Automation Specialist, you will work both strategically and operatively. Your primary focus will be on identity management and automation including visualizing the environment processes and deliverables. You will be working alongside the IAM Operations & Delivery Team Leader and IAM Architect to secure a stable and well-supported IAM environment and deliver world-class services to business geographically spread equally around the globe.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provides the function of designing automated IAM related solutions and configuring new or existing services for efficient management of identity and access processes
* Designs and implements solutions for automation from the data layer up including reporting for governance and compliance checks
* Works actively with several application teams outside of the IAM environment to build and maintain trusted and secure automation processes
* Acts as a technical developer actively involved in the technical development of scripts, processes and in common development languages
* Deals with incidents, problems, tasks and changes related to the automation
* Daily monitoring and management of all automated processes running within the IAM environment including scheduled tasks and event logs.

Other requirements:
* 5+ years of experience writing Powershell scripts
* 4+ years of experience in Identity and access manangment.
* Proven experience in automating in Azure and cloud-based automation solutions.
* Understanding of an Identity and Access Management framework
* Experience of on-premise Active Directory
* In depth knowledge of Azure authentication practices and very thorough knowledge of Identity and Access Management practices, mainly within a Microsoft environment and in Cloud authentication functions
* Experience in setting and supporting Azure B2B and B2C.
* You have an advanced understanding of IT technical components and processes, and how to improve and develop them.
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
* Knowledge in MIM/FIM (Microsoft Identity manager) would be an advantage.
Location and travel
This position may be located in any of our Epiroc IT Hubs, depending on the candidate's current location. Occasional travel is required.
