hela Sverige The IAM Architect need to be on a senior level and will be working closely with the IAM Team consisting of both development resources as well as a dedicated team providing AM and support. The parallel activities are to support some large initiate programs where IAM is a key stakeholder.
Innehåll och uppdragets omfattning:
Work in close collaboration with other Workplace architects and ensure that the IAM project is informed and consulted regarding architecture and design decisions:
• IAM Upgrade - migration from ISIM to SailPoint Identity Now
• In the RUFUS project
• In the Opera project
Define and Document the IAM Roadmap
• Align with major projects such as RUFUS + Opera
• Align with the architecture board
Define and Document the IAM solution architecture
• Receiving input from ongoing projects
• Align with the architecture board
Responsible for supporting
• Analysis and preparation of business and technical requirements for IAM + PAM
• Preparation of RFI and RFP for product vendors and system integrators
• Recommendations and advice regarding product vendors and system integrators
Supporting the IAM program manager with
• IAM Solution Architecture
• Recommendations + advise with IAM implementation
• Quality control, Documentation and adoption of IAM best practice
Genomförande av uppdraget
The Architect can be working remotely to some extent also, but is expected to be at the office on need basis.
The assignment is between 50-100%
Business travel is likely not required.
Resultat (vad önskas uppnå, leveranskrav)
The IAM Architect is a key role to drive and support the transformation of IAM capabilities into a future mode of operation.
Once IAM Architect is onboard and the activities are understood suitable KPI's will be applied to follow the results achieved.
Tidplan:
Overall IAM transformation is expected to take 2-3 years. The assignment will be at least 6 months.
Kunskapsöverföring:
The IAM Architect joining will be provided a hand over by our current architect. The architect shall also be provided a documented hand-over plan and proper introductions to the company. Of course the Architect will also be supported by colleagues in building relations and network with key stakeholders.

Requirements:Kvalifikationer för det tilltänkta uppdraget:
We are seeking you who has experience of IAM architecture, design and implementation. You like to work agile and have an understanding of the agile mindset we have.
As a IAM Architect, you need the following skills / experiences
• Experience in designing IAM architecture for large scale enterprises within several countries
• Experiences of on-prem as well as cloud based IAM platforms
• Architecture + Design experience with Identity Lifecycle Management and Governance (LNG)
• Architecture + Design experience with Privileged Access Management (PAM)
• Architecture + Design experience with Access Management for internal users
• Architecture + Design experience with Access Management for external users
• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC and ways of automating lifecycle of accesses.
• Knowledge + preferably experience with federated IAM
• Knowledge + preferably experience of current standards + best practice for IAM, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect
• Knowledge and experience of AD and AD Azure
• Knowledge of PKI infrastructure and certificate management

Ability to...
• independently drive, document and present the IAM Architecture recommendations.
• explain and motivate the WHY and HOW about IAM Architecture, design and technologies, both for knowledgeable stakeholders as well as to non-technical stakeholders
• have a friendly but yet convincing way of working
• have experience with capturing business and technical requirements for IAM, PAM and AM
• have experience with supporting the RFP and procurement of IAM products and selection of suitable system integrators

Swedish - a plus

At least 10 years of experience of IT Security related workspace
