Requirements:
Deep technical knowledge in power electronics and electric machines
Master of Science in Electrical Engineering at E, F or equivalent
Structured with an ability to drive and motivate
Good presentation and communication skills in english
Problem solving mindset
Team player but with ability to work independently
Secure and write technical specifications for inverters and electric motors
Work in close collaboration with suppliers
Balance attributes and requirements to maximize performance/cost.
Lead technical investigations and concept studies
Create reports and change requests
