You will be part of ABB's business in Alingsås (Kabeldon). We are 170 coworkers working with development, manufacturing, marketing and sales of equipment for distribution and transmission of electricity in power cable networks. Kabeldon cable accessories, 1-420 kV, are used by utilities and industries all over the world. Currently we are going through an expansion phase and are preparing to strengthen our position with offers for LV distribution both inside and outside the Nordic countries. This means that we are entering new markets and need to develop our market strategies.

Take the opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion phase and work with projects that will enhance our presence in the market. We are preparing for next year's projects and are strengthening our R&D department. As HVAC Specialist you will lead the problem solving for HVAC development projects. In this work you will collaborate and establish a wide network within the organization globally, for example Corporate Research. Other tasks of yours will include intellectual property related challenges, market support and customer contact where you will handle complex complaints.

You are a driven team player with strong communication skills who possess the ability to be innovative both in theory and practice.
As a foundation you hold a Electric Power Engineering or Power Electronics. Preferably you have experience from other development projects and are a strong team player with personal leadership skills. Naturally, global experience is also highly qualifying.
The successful candidate also holds:
• Electrotechnical understanding
• Proficiency in English
