hela Sverige We are looking for a skilled and dedicated High Voltage (HV) Compliance Officer to join our team. In this role, you will support management in ensuring compliance with HV system regulations, improving processes, and driving advancements in the electrotechnical field. This position suits someone who is organized, practical, and thrives in a collaborative work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain and develop compliance with HV system regulations.
- System Integration: Understand the organization's operations and assist with integrating HV systems effectively.
- Quality Improvement: Collaborate with internal teams to enhance procedures and products, increasing customer satisfaction.
- Data Analysis: Perform statistical evaluations to inform and improve decision-making.
- Collaboration: Work closely with engineers to identify and implement development opportunities.
- Training and Education: Deliver training to strengthen organizational knowledge of HV systems.
- Documentation Oversight: Manage and approve controlled documents related to HV systems.
- Project Coordination: Lead planning, organization, and management of HV-related tasks for vehicle projects.
Qualifications and Skills
- Relevant experience as an HV Engineer or in a similar role.
- Practical knowledge of HV systems and DGUV 209-093.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate clearly in both written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with statistical analysis and data interpretation.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience in the automotive industry.
- Knowledge of creating educational materials and experience with tutoring or mentoring is a plus.
