Your work
As a developer within embedded you will work with software development of embedded systems where you can develop everything from drivers to robot behavior, advanced algorithms and user interfaces. Main program language is C. You deliver throughout the chain from idea to test, where requirements development, design, testing and documentation are a natural part of the work. You will be involved in several new exciting product development projects together with your scrum team.
As a talent during the program you will have your own mentor and receive coaching, training courses and establish a professional network with each other. All talents during the program will also complete a project together where you can utilize each other's competence and diverse background. We believe that you will learn and have fun to bring out your best quality in your new role at Husqvarna Group.

We work with squad and tribe concept, where one squad has a full responsibility over a service (Delivery, Security and Operations) together with a product owner. A squad can vary in size and contains different roles (such as App Developers, BackEnd Developers, FrontEnd Developers, Testers etc.)
In this talent program we are interested in all roles even if this advert is focused towards Embedded Developers
Your Profile
We are looking for you who like hardware-related programming in C and want to develop in robotics, connectivity or algorithm development.
• Relevant education and major (Mobile platforms, Systems engineering, Data Technology etc.)
• English (must have)
• Curious in development, technology.
• Enjoy working with other people, and continuously learning while having fun.

About Framtiden
Framtiden has been a partner to Husqvarna Group for recruitment and consultancy since 2007. We have accomplished several succesful talent programs together. Going through Framtiden's Talent Program, you as a talent will have a unique opportunity to learn the operations thoroughly. You will also broaden your expertise in different skill sets and take a step into become the next specialist while building your social and professional network.
During the program, you together with other talents, will receive mentorship and trainings that are chosen/tailored for your personal development and career.
For this role, you will initially be employed by us Framtiden with our vision that you become a permanent employee directly by Husqvarna.
