year with us. We have had the best experience from her so we are keen to find
an equally good new au-pair to help our family. We are open minded about your
background but would welcome a person with a positive attitude, high energy
level and who is curious.
We live nearby the city centre of Stockholm in a wonderful house with a big
garden, near green areas and the sea where we do a lot of sports and outdoor
activities (skiing, running, sailing, swimming etc).
Our children: We have three children. Our oldest is Alma (our daughter) 5.5
years (Alma) and then we have two boys - Adam who is soon turning 4 and Joel
who is currently 9 month. They are all healthy, active and happy children.
Daytime (9am - 3/4pm) - Alma and Adam is in a day care centre and Joel will
start in the same day care centre later this year.
Lotta (age 39) and myself (age 43) are both entrepreneurs working with our
own companies. Lotta is a creative artist and I work with real estate. We have
lived, travelled and worked abroad for many years before we moved back to
Sweden two years ago. We live in a very nice neighbourhood, have an active
social life with many friends and a big family around us. As we have lived in
UK and Italy, we would welcome an au-pair coming from an english, spanish or
italian speaking nation - but it is absolutely not a requirement.
As my wife and I have full time work, family and a big house to take care of,
we need help to make our life function so an au-pair will be a key part of our
family to make it work well. With our current au-pair, work has been divided
50/50 between helping us with our children as well as house keeping work. You
will have your own apartment (connected to our house and with your own
entrance) and access to a car if you have a driving license.
Din arbetsuppgift kommer att vara att se till att vårt hem fungerar praktiskt, allt från att tvätta, plocka, byta glödlampor, skruva i hop en Ikea hylla, sköta trädgård till att leka och ta hand om våra kära barn.
