Metso HR Services provides harmonized non-business specific HR services to all Metso employees and units globally. We are currently looking for a HR Manager to our office in Trelleborg. As HR Manager you will provide professional HR services in practical personnel related matters.
Your major responsibilities are:
• Appliance of country specific legislation and general agreements
• Personnel negotiations and other labor law matters
• Employment expertise and personnel consultation
• Support to managers in HR matters
• Recruitment
To be successful in this position you should have a B.Sc. Degree in Human Resource Development and Labor Relations or equivalent education. You should also have a minimum of seven years of work experience within the Human Resources area.
You have work experience in labor law and recruitment, and you are customer service oriented. You have strong communication, co-operation and interpersonal skills. Furthermore you are organized and analytical, and express yourself fluently in English, both spoken and in writing.
