hela Sverige Dentsply Sirona is looking for an experienced HR Specialist to work with HR, specifically compensation and benefits, and will have a central role in these structures, processes and policies. The role will cover Dentsply Sirona in the Nordic countries as well as some international work.
About the position
In the role as HR Specialist you will be responsible for support to the HR organization in achieving its HR and business objectives in line with corporate strategies, structures and processes. Your specialist area will mainly be compensation and benefits, but you will work with other areas within HR, depending on need and your strengths.
As our HR Specialist you will drive and be part of the negotiation team for the annual salary review processes as well as the company bonus process. You will be responsible for compensation analysis and preparation of compensation packages, including review of market salary data. Furthermore, you will also work with salary analysis with focus on gender equality, according to Swedish law, including labor negotiations.
You will maintain and develop database of detailed market data for analysis of salary levels and support the HR Business Partners in the work with reviewing current job structure. The role also includes Human Resources KPI's analysis including evaluation of relevant benchmark and job evaluation review including job coding according to Dentsply Sirona guiding principles. You will be part of different projects regarding above or other HR topics. This role is based in Mölndal, Sweden, and reports to the Vice President HR.
Who you are
We are looking for someone with a university education/ degree within Human Resources Management or equal. In order to succeed you have solid knowledge and experience in HR, coupled with compensation and benefits experience. The position requires analytical capabilities, which enables you to see the bigger picture, create structure and plan ahead, as well as a pragmatic and sound judgement. You support others with ease and good humour. You enjoy working in an international environment and have the ability to handle cultural differences in a solution-oriented manner. It is essential that you have strong Excel skills and used to put together information in an easy-to-understand manner.
