The main responsibility for the successful candidate will be to organize, support and coordinate recruitments at the Stockholm Centre. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of the SEI Wide recruitment process, including everything from recruitment ads, channels, follow-up of partners and onboarding. The successful candidate will in addition work with a variety of competence mapping projects and deliveries within the field of HR. The candidate will in collaboration with managers, write terms of references, arrange advertising, collecting and administering applications, plan and coordinate interviews with managers and candidates. In addition the position will be responsible for writing employment contracts and the local induction programme.

• 5+ years relevant experience working with recruitments;
• Proven knowledge when it comes to competence mapping and competence deliveries
• An academic degree in human resources or equal
• Good analytical, interpersonal and communication skills;
• Fluency in written and spoken Swedish;
• Fluency in written and spoken English;

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The selected candidate will be employed by SEI in Stockholm, following Swedish labour laws. Remunerations will be competitive based on the Swedish market and will be subject to Swedish income tax.
